Belinda has been working within veterinary nursing for over twenty nine years. She obtained the Advanced Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Surgical) in 2004, then in 2006 she was the first person in England to achieve the prestigious American Veterinary Technician Specialist qualification.
She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Belinda has been an active member of the VN Futures project since 2017 with the Career Progression Working Group.
At home in Poole in Dorset, Belinda has a husband Phil, teenage daughter Amelia, two cats Doug and Dave, a crazy cockerpoo called Bear and a male tortoise called Hetty.
